How to use cement sprayer plaster Machine

D* + Waterproof chemical, Pigment or color of mosaic tiles as desired.	D * + Green Colour as requirements.
All the above shown four materials should be mixed together in dry from without adding water, using sp ade (Pawda ) or other instrument (Lela).	Pour 500 to 600 grams (Max.) of mixture of semi-fluid paste of cement prepared in the container (Tagara) in to the machine, using a tumbler. There after trun the handle of the machine 2-3 times in the antilock wise direction. By doing so, the mixture will be totally mixed up and will have a single appearance.
The dry mixture thus prepared as per requirements should be filled in a container (Tagara) and after pouring in clean water, a thick semi fluid paste like mixture should be prepared.	Hold the machine about 1 to 1.5 feet away from the wall as shown in Diagram, Move the handle slowly in the direction of the arrow (15 to 20 R.P.M.) Simultaneously move yourself to the right side till the mixture inside the machine in exhausted. After giving 2-3 coats in this manner, the sand- particles will form in medium size gain. If you give one more coat, a coarse grains and thicker sand practice will be formed.
Instruction for guidance :
If the wall is dry before applying plain plaster or sand – plaster, it should be sprinkled with water. * Before using the machine, the plastered all should be cleaned with wired brush to remove dust, fungus or other dirt particles like lime base. * Don’t put more than 500 to 600 grams of mixture inside the machine to avoid breaking of blade’s teeth. * Ensure that the same quality mixture is put in the machine for every batch. After applying the sand plaster in the manner shown above, allow the wall to dry up for 24 hours. Thereafter, sprinkle water 2 to 3 times daily for 3 to 4 days, due to which the plaster solidities strongly. * After the use of machine is over, wash it by clean water till cement remaining inside is washed away. * After 2-3 days, do the oiling in the bush and teeth of the blade.
